The motto of UACEG2009 "We build the infrastructure of Bulgaria" suggests the main accent of the conference: we hope to bring together from around the world academics, researchers and practitioners in the broad field of Architecture and Civil Engineering to review and discuss recent achievement of knowledge in these areas.
